Ashstone Exports Ltd – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all transactions between Ashstone Exports Ltd ("we", "us", "our") and our customers ("you", "your"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and Specifications

All goods exported by Ashstone Exports Ltd comply with the agreed specifications and are subject to availability. Variations in product characteristics may occur due to natural differences.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of an official Purchase Order and a signed Proforma Invoice. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order due to pricing errors, unavailability, or non-compliance.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices are provided in USD, GBP, or EUR depending on the agreement and are subject to change. Accepted payment methods include TT, LC, SBLC, and DP as agreed upon. Payment terms will be specified in the Proforma Invoice.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery terms (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.) will be agreed prior to shipment. Title and risk pass to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the shipping agent, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Quality Assurance

Ashstone Exports Ltd ensures quality control through internal inspections and third-party certifications. Any quality dispute must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemic, or trade restrictions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
